- When you pay: payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal shares with us the payment confirmation, but never your full card details.
- When you contact us: the information you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
- When you browse the site: technical data such as your IP address, browser and device, and how you use the site, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To process, ship and follow up on your orders.
- To answer your questions and manage gifts and custom orders.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- To send you news and offers by email, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.

We use your data only as necessary to fulfill your order, to comply with the law, for our legitimate interest in running and improving the store, or with your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the store:
- PayPal, to process payments.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Our hosting and email providers, to run the website and send order emails.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure visits and advertising, only if you accept marketing or statistics cookies.
Some of these providers are located outside Ecuador, including in the United States. When we transfer data, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as required by Ecuadorian tax and accounting law. Contact messages are kept while needed to answer you. If you subscribe to our emails, we keep your address until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
