These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase made at galapagosforlife.com, an online store operated by PRANAGAL CÍA. LTDA. (“Galápagos for Life”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

Many of our products are handmade, one by one. Slight variations in color, texture and finish are part of their character. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including card payments through PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Orders

You will receive an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in its price or description, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary because of carriers, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
Standard shipping to the United States is free on orders over USD 80. Rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. You are responsible for following your package with the tracking information we provide.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, or for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Gifts and custom orders

Corporate gifts, wedding favors and other custom orders are arranged directly with our team by WhatsApp or email. Quantities, designs, prices and delivery dates are confirmed in writing before production starts. Because they are made for you, personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our logo, illustrations, photographs, card designs and texts, belongs to Galápagos for Life or is used with permission. It may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador.
